Join husband and wife duo James & Meghan Calleo on their signature guided “Yoga Hike”. Enjoy the great outdoors with an 8am early start. The hike is a moderate 5 1/2 miles, at the 2 1/2 mile mark we come up to a beautiful overlook where we will unravel our yoga mats to practice in nature. This hike and yoga class is open to all levels. Hit the trails with us this fall! This hike is also dog friendly! Bring your mat and snacks!
Afterwards, feel free to join us at a wonderful taproom and eatery, 7 Lakes Station located right in Sloatsburg, NY.
